Power outage

As will often happen in the summer, we lost power one very hot summer night. At the time I had a load is the wash that included the kids bathing suits. After an hour of whinning about the heat I gave our 8 year old boy and almost 7 year old girl two choices - stay in the house and sweat or skinny dip in the pool. They made the right choice and had a great time splashing around. It also tired them out enough that they just toweled off and went right to bed. That night changed their and my ideas about modesty for them for the rest of the summer.
